The Facility and Maintenance Manager is responsible for establishing and leading the facilities management and equipment maintenance functions within the Swiss operations organization. This newly created role carries dual responsibilities: managing the facilities in Switzerland (CH) and overseeing machine and equipment maintenance at the same location. The Senior Corporate Legal Counsel is responsible for supporting the CLO on all Corporate and M&A matters globally, with particular focus on the Swiss headquarter. The Senior Counsel will work closely with senior management and other departments to provide general legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues.

The Finance Business Partner is part of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis Team. In this role you are responsible for the execution of quantitative and qualitative analysis, directly supporting the Business Unit Automation and Tooling Solution and coordinating a unified approach to closely measure, report and compare production cost among all relevant sites. You will oversee two direct reports based in Taiwan.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Principal Engineer of Injection Molding Process Development to join our team in Zug, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the development and optimization of injection molding processes. This role requires a strong technical background in injection molding, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in process development.

The Firmware Engineer is a member of our Emerging Technology Development Team. In this position you develop the firmware/software of electro-mechanical drug delivery devices and take ownership for the end-to-end implementation as well as their integration with our cloud services. You ensure the consistency and quality of the solution within your work and when working with internal developers and external resources.

This role focuses on providing comprehensive support to the legal team by preparing, managing, and organizing corporate legal documents, facilitating board meetings, and maintaining corporate records. It also includes assisting with contract lifecycle management, transaction support, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements through document execution and legal research. The position serves as a key liaison between the legal team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient legal processes.

The Global Capacity Planning Manager has the primary responsibility of ensuring that global production capacity in all sites aligns with customer demand across all regions worldwide. During SHL’s transition from a single site approach to a global production setup, this role will develop and implement a global production strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals. On a day-to-day basis, the Global Capacity Planning Manager maintains a balance between supply and demand to meet global customer needs efficiently and ensures customer satisfaction across global operations. The position optimizes production schedules, solves bottleneck (capacity constraints) and ensures timely delivery of products.

You will lead a high-performing international pricing and offer management team and shape a proactive function.
