Job Overview

The L&D and Talent Coordinator actively supports the Talent and L&D function in SHL Medical with the implementation of global initiatives designed to accelerate team leader and team member development, as well as the consistent onboarding of employees, employee engagement, DE&I awareness, embedding our culture journey.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent and L&D, the Global L&D and Talent Coordinator will support Talent related projects and processes, bringing strong project management and hands-on administrative skills.

Main Responsibilities

Learning and Development

  • Support the design and delivery of Learning initiatives as per the L&D Strategy
  • Support Talent processes (competencies mapping, talent development, etc)
  • Manage the administration and reporting of Learning Programs in the LMS
  • Act as the (Swiss) point of contact for technical, sustainability, DE&I and quality related training
  • Act as the administrator of LinkedIn Learning, supporting reporting and initiatives for optimal usage looking for trends that demonstrate a shift in learning mindset at SHL.

Leadership Development

Support the organization, planning and administration of the Global Leadership Development Program

Talent and L&D overall CoE support

  • Support CoE with overall project management
  • Build presentations that present the work of the CoE
  • Maintain team sites and tools
  • Brings in own perspectives, experiences and ideas on the topics of interest for the CoE

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Strong Project Management Skills in the area of HR and preferably in L&D
  • Experienced with Learning Management Systems (i.e. Success Factors)
  • Experienced with LinkedIn Learning
  • Proven Event Management and planning capabilities
  • Excellent use of Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and AI
  • Data analysis, presentation and interpretation
  • Strong interest in developing people through formal and informal training
  • Experienced with working in multicultural teams

Relevant Qualification/education and training

Commercial education, University degree in the areas of Psychology, HR or Education is a plus
