Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to coordinate and oversee the daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, that the warehouse is organized and safe, and that staff members are supervised and trained.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and returns processing at 3PL and main campus.
• Follow up with warehouse staff to ensure their tasks are complete in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor warehouse systematic transactions, equipment and supplies to mitigate delays in production.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and that safety protocols are followed.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or related field
• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skill
• SAP experience required
