SHL Medical to attend Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery 2024

SHL Medical will attend the 2024 Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD^®) conference between October 28-29 at the Westin Boston Seaport, Boston. We will showcase our products and services at Tabletop #70 as well as speak in a tech talk and a panel session.

Visitors are welcome to stop by our tabletop and request a demonstration of SHL’s newest product – Elexy™, a versatile, electromechanical autoinjector that redefines possibilities in the field of self-injection. The device’s novelty stems from its adaptable technology and reusable power unit, which can accommodate different drug cassettes holding pre-filled syringes or cartridges. This, in turn, widens choices of intended injection profiles, such as drug volume, viscosity, and injection speed.

With the SHL continues to develop and innovate services that meet such needs, providing accessible channels to our partners for discussions and idea exchanges. SHL’s Vince Masciopinto will be on site presenting in a tech talk on the Elexy in addition to participating in the panel discussion, “Translating Digital Health from the Clinic to Market Access and Commercial Success,” as one of the panelists.

Aside from our new product, SHL’s other drug delivery solutions on display will include the cartridge-based Maggie^® 5.0 mL autoinjector for large-volume injection and the connected add-on Molly^® Connected Cap for our Molly-based autoinjectors.
