Job Overview
As the first point of contact, you’ll represent our company with positivity and professionalism. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and fostering a well-organized, secure, and collaborative workplace.

Main Responsibilities
• Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and colleagues with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Coordinating meeting room bookings, preparing spaces, and supporting hospitality needs.
• Managing workplace security, including visitor badge issuance and parking arrangements.
• Handling shipments, mail distribution, and maintaining a professional reception area.
• Supporting team events, onboarding activities, and local hospitality needs.
Skills and Qualification
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and Concur
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
Desired:
• Experience in customer-facing, similar roles is highly desirable.
