【Job Overview】
The Assistant Manager of Rewards supports the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing employee reward programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting employee engagement
【Main Responsibilities】
- Program Development: Assist in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Salary Survey: Participate the salary surveys and be the owner of one or two salary survey window.
- Variable Bonus: Assist implementation of variable bonus scheme based on global guideline to attractive candidates and retain employees.
- Policy Administration: Help maintain and update reward-related policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze employee data and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure all reward programs comply with local regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with HR teams to integrate rewards programs into broader talent management initiatives.
- Training and Support: Provide training to HR team, managers or employees about compensation structures and benefits programs. (if applicable)Other Reward related projects and tasks.
【Required Skills & Qualifications】
- At least 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefit area.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is plus.
- Familiar with TW labor laws.
- Have experience for DL or IDL bonus design or roll-out.
- Well-organized, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Means to work independently, oriented towards performance and results
- Fluency verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
