Job Overview
SHL TA Team in Taiwan consists of 10 people, supporting all recruitment activities across the Taiwan region. As a professional recruiter, you need to be able to discuss recruitment strategies with senior department leaders.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans based on business needs and seeking the most suitable candidate experience
• Serve as talent advisor to the hiring team; collate full recruitment briefs, develop strategies for candidate sourcing and formulate innovative approaches for difficult to fill positions; provide feedback to the hiring team on open vacancies and suggest improvements to job descriptions which may improve recruitment, where necessary.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle; ensure every candidate experiences a first-class and fair process.
• Deliver as an internal headhunter role, directly sourcing and building relationships with active, passive, and potential talent.
• Performing excellent stakeholder management with a wide range of stakeholders across geographies and levels
• Act as the single point of contact for all communications with external recruitment partners, including commercial negotiations.
Skills and Qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or as a headhunter.
• Familiar with talent sourcing experience would be an asset
• Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese, additional languages are welcome
• Proven experiences in networking with and influencing senior Business/function leaders globally
• Exceptional intercultural communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills
• Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
• Strategic mindset paired with high sense for execution and teamwork
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks for completion within existing time constraints
