Job Overview

• 數量的盤點、記帳 • 零件的收料、備料以及拉料 (油壓車)
• 物料系統的操作
• 生產事情作業排成
• 完成主管交辦有關生產產品、程序事宜

Main Responsibilities

•    確實遵守所有適用的標準作業程序和工作指導書。
•    確實遵循並落實優良製造規範。
•    傳遞及分享瑞健生產原則，使每位同仁了解並遵守這些原則。(AMSD / STEC / Tooling 除外 )
•    確實根據瑞健生產原則參加改進活動。(AMSD / STEC / Tooling 除外 )
•    遵循5S原則以完成每件工作任務。
•    根據改進的需求與其他部門合作，以提供更好的服務予整個瑞健集團。
•    根據作業指導書組裝零件、自主檢查及包裝產品以確保高品質水準。
•    依據生產線需求及作業指導書，提供正確之物料批號及數量、運送成品並確保無混料事件發生。
•    整齊地整理回收脆盤及包材，並確保各站工作桌之整潔。
•    正確地記錄生產報表。
•    依任用條件/個人能力/組織需求安排以上工作。
•    其他主管交辦任務。

Minimum Qualifications

• 12小時輪班制，4休3制（早班 0800-2000 / 夜班2000-0800），須配合輪班（2-3個月輪一次）
• 視力及辨色力正常（裸視 0.6以上 /  矯正後視力 0.8以上）

Preferred Qualifications

• 數字觀念清楚、細心度佳
• 具備物流系統操作經驗佳
