Job Overview

• 設備巡檢、保養、異常排除、故障檢修及品質確認
• 監控產線整體設備效率(OEE)、產出、不良率與參數設定
• 主導產線機台每日點檢項目
• 參與機台與製程提升與改善活動
• 完成主管交辦有關生產產品、程序事宜

Main Responsibilities

• 確實遵守所有適用的標準作業程序和工作指導書。
• 確實遵循並落實優良製造規範。
• 技術員(III) 可以滿足初階工作的需求，但需要較多地協助執行以下的工作任務。
• 傳遞及分享瑞健生產原則，使每位同仁了解並遵守這些原則。(AMSD / STEC / Tooling 除外 )
• 確實根據瑞健生產原則參加改進活動。(AMSD / STEC / Tooling 除外 )
• 遵循5S原則以完成每件工作任務。
• 根據改進的需求與其他部門合作，以提供更好的服務予整個瑞健集團。
• 參與設備、生產技術及流程改善以增進生產效率。
• 排除異常並解決初步的生產問題以利生產流程正常運作。
• 協助分析問題並據以調整作業方式以改善生產效率。
• 定期為模具、治具與套件上油及清潔以利生產流程正常運作。
• 根據作業指導書指示，正確地進行上下模具、治具與套件，以利後續生產流程順利運作。
• 確實依生產排程作業，有效達到產能要求。
• 收集並整理各類原始生產資料以有效完成歸、建檔作業及呈報給主管。
• 監控生產問題並隨時回報以協助問題分析及生產改善。
• 成型技術研發-

協助執行試模活動包含原料處理、上模、成形條件研發及周圍設備操作。

• 彈簧技術研發-

協助執行首件、試產活動包含原料處理、上、下治具與套件、彈簧成形條件研發及周圍設備操作。

• 自動組裝技術研發-

協助執行首件、試產活動包含原料處理、上、下治具與套件、自動組裝機條件研發及周圍設備操作。

• 依任用條件/個人能力/組織需求安排以上工作。
• 其他主管交辦任務。

Minimum Qualifications

• 12小時輪班制，4休3制（早班 0800-2000 / 夜班2000-0800），
• 視力及辨色力正常（裸視 0.6以上 /  矯正後視力 0.8以上）

Preferred Qualifications

• 數字觀念清楚、細心度佳
• 具有機台維修組裝經驗者佳
• 具有自動組裝機經驗尤佳
