SHL Medical’s electromechanical autoinjector Elexy wins Pharmapack Awards

SHL Medical is proud to announce that our Elexy™ autoinjector has won the 2025 Pharmapack Awards in the Delivery and Device Innovation category. This win reinforces our commitment to innovation and excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of drug delivery industry.

As SHL Medical’s very first electromechanical autoinjector, Elexy came into the public spotlight last year, generating excitement at key scientific and commercial tradeshows. Celebrated for its versatility, reusability, connectivity, and ease of use, Elexy combines advanced technology with user-friendly functionality to meet the diverse needs of pharma and biotech companies.

During the award ceremony, Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing, Emerging Technologies and Digital Health, Dr. Garima Phogat, accepted the honor on behalf of the company. Elexy’s user-centric design further ensures a simple operation quite similar to a traditional autoinjector with push-to-activate operations. Additionally, it leverages cellular technology to enable seamless data collection, while its integrated RFID ensures each drug cassette is calibrated to specific dose parameters, automating delivery without the need for manual input.
