Finance - Senior Accountant(GL&Project)

In this role you will be a team member of the Finance department Accounting team and reporting directly to the assistant Manager. This role is located in TW where the production and team resides. 【Responsibilities】

• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
• Prepare, review and analyze monthly financial statements according to group procedures and local GAAP
• Timely file WTH, CIT return and VAT to follow statutory compliance,
• Involve in financial audits and prepare annual financial statements for external reporting and audit purposes raised by tax authority, CPA and government,
• Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and support Group auditor requests,
• Improve and maintain an efficient internal control system for the entity,
• Suggest improvements and support project implementation for system automation and process optimization
• Monthly prepare project assets invoice list for Project analyst and AR colleagues to proceed 5%VAT invoice billing.
• Regularly review project unbilled balances; clarify overbilling issues and discuss with Tax manager how to issue local credit note to offset it
• Track project transactions and clarify legacy transaction impact to ensure clarity of project records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure all project-related accounting transactions are accurately processed and compliant with internal standards and procedures.
• Fulfill ad hoc requests and other responsibilities as assigned.

【Qualification】

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Minimum 5-7 years’ working experience in accounting
• Knowledge of TW local GAAP, taxation and other regulatory requirements ∙ Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
• A strong attention to detail and independent working style ∙ Well organized, being responsible, resilient and stress resistant
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Experience with SAP S4Hana is a strong plus
• Fluency in English is a must.
