【Responsibilities】
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Prepare, review and analyze monthly financial statements according to group procedures and local GAAP
- Timely file WTH, CIT return and VAT to follow statutory compliance,
- Involve in financial audits and prepare annual financial statements for external reporting and audit purposes raised by tax authority, CPA and government,
- Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and support Group auditor requests,
- Improve and maintain an efficient internal control system for the entity,
- Suggest improvements and support project implementation for system automation and process optimization
- Monthly prepare project assets invoice list for Project analyst and AR colleagues to proceed 5%VAT invoice billing.
- Regularly review project unbilled balances; clarify overbilling issues and discuss with Tax manager how to issue local credit note to offset it
- Track project transactions and clarify legacy transaction impact to ensure clarity of project records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure all project-related accounting transactions are accurately processed and compliant with internal standards and procedures.
- Fulfill ad hoc requests and other responsibilities as assigned.
【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Minimum 5-7 years’ working experience in accounting
- Knowledge of TW local GAAP, taxation and other regulatory requirements ∙ Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
- A strong attention to detail and independent working style ∙ Well organized, being responsible, resilient and stress resistant
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Experience with SAP S4Hana is a strong plus
- Fluency in English is a must.
