Finance - Senior Accountant(Fixed Assets)

In this role you will be a team member of the Finance department Accounting team and reporting directly to the assistant Manager. This role is located in TW where the production and team resides. We are looking for you as a

【Responsibilities】

• Maintain a record of all companies’ fixed assets, including customer assets according to group procedures and local GAAP.
• Ensure fixed assets are properly classified, depreciated, and disposed of when necessary
• Reconcile all asset accounts including AUC and customer assets
• Prepare documents of fixed asset investment credit for CIT assessment
• Prepare reports for management on various requirement for fixed assets
• Tracking existing fixed assets and conducting periodic physical inventory checks
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper accounting of all assets
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to fixed assets
• Preparing audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assisting the auditors in their inquiries
• Fulfill ad hoc requests and other responsibilities as assigned.

【Qualification】

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in accounting
• Knowledge of TW local GAAP, taxation and other regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
• A strong attention to detail and independent working style
• Well organized, being responsible, resilient and stress resistant
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Experience with SAP S4Hana is a strong plus
• Fluency in English is a must.
