Job Overview
The Specialist is responsible for managing quotations, conducting cost analyses, handling data management, and presenting sales reports. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to support pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure data integrity.
- Present reports and insights to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary data for decision-making.
- Proactively acquire in-depth knowledge of the technical product category and its pricing structure.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trading, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint database tools
Preferred Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team..
