Job Overview

 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Demand SR Specialist to join our team. Who will be:

              Responsible to follow all applicable SOPs and WIs at all the times.

              Responsible to follow the principle of GMP to the best of their ability at all times.

              A Demand SR Specialist (III) adheres to standard procedures for routine work, equipped with the ability to better identify problems, further proactively provide insights to, and gain advise/guidance from, senior staffs, for solution render. A Demand SR Specialist (III) needs to have relevant knowledge and experience in the professional area and is continually learning higher level of knowledge/skills.

              Work cross-functionally with other departments based on improvement needs in order to provide better service to the whole group.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Requirement Evaluation: Assess PIR (Planned Independent Requirement) data and collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., SC, PM, and component Departments) to resolve discrepancies.
  • Production Planning: Develop and manage short-term and long-term production plans to align with PIR and business objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address production challenges promptly to minimize delays and ensure smooth operations.
  • Operational Coordination: Oversee production activities, ensuring alignment with material, labor, and equipment availability.
  • Schedule Management: Communicate any changes to production schedules to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Compile and submit status and performance reports to management for review and decision-making.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support additional projects and tasks as required to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in production planning.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and scheduling; experience with injection molding, metal parts, printing, and assembly is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Cross-team communication skills
