Job Overview
The Facilities Specialist is responsible for the Facilities Maintenance Activities and Custodial Duties
Main Responsibilities
- Facility cleaning, arranging furniture, transporting items to the warehouse, power washing, window cleaning, etc.
- Assists with the day-to-day custodial needs of facilities
- Flexible to assist in other areas of facilities.
- Assists with building projects.
- Implements safety committee processes and procedures.
- Assists with maintaining a security plan for staff and facilities, including agency policies and procedures.
- Available to be on call 24/7 at least 1 week of every month.
- Ability to use a computer for various tasks associated with the position.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Available to work M-F 7:00AM- 4:00PM
Skills and Qualification
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in custodial and facility maintenance
- Knowledge of GMP & GDP regulations is an asset.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Products (Word, Teams, Excel)
- HVAC experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
