Job Overview

Plan, direct, and monitor all inventory control, storge, and in bond/out bond activities so that the organization has access to the inputs, materials, goods, and services it needs for its current and future operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible to follow all applicable SOPs and WIs at all times.
• Responsible to follow the principle of GMP to the best of their ability at all times.
• A senior specialist(III) would not only execute job tasks below independently but has both improvement ability & coaching capability under certain supervision.

• According to SHL Production Principles to participate in improvement activities. (Exclude AMSD dept., Tooling and STEC)
• Follow 6S Principles to complete tasks.
• Provide training of work documentation and material procedure to material operators.
• Ensure the inventory checking activity is conducted when needed.
• Provide improvement practice to material standard procedure.
• Process material receiving and distributing activities for production use.
• Ensure material balance is aligned with the data transfer in inventory system to implement material control.
• Ensure the material is safely loaded, unloaded and delivered in the course of movement.
• Separate non-conforming items into control area timely and correctly.
• Reporting timely to the supervisor for any material injured during movement process for the follow up actions.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments based on improvement needs in order to provide better service to the hole group.

• Assign above job tasks by staffing qualification/personal ability/ organization needs.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• 資深專員(III)不僅能獨立執行以下工作任務，並在適當的監督下具備改善能力及指導後進的能力。

• 確實根據瑞健生產原則參加改進活動。(AMSD/STEC/Tooling除外)
• 遵循6S原則已完成每件工作任務。
• 訓練物料作業人員工作相關文件及物料作業。
• 確實在需要時間內執行物料盤點作業。
• 提出物料作業的改善措施。
• 執行收發料作業以供生產運作。
• 確保物料收發數量與物料庫存系統呈現數量一致以進行物料控管。
• 確保物料收發過程之安全裝載、卸載及運送。
• 及時正確地隔離不良品妤隔離管制區域。
• 物料作業過程中若造成物料受損，及時請報潤進行後續處理。
• 根據改進的需求與其他部門合作，以提供更好的服務予整個集團。

• 依任用條件/個人能力/組織需求安排以上工作。
• 其他主管交辦任務

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Junior college / university level.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in office software(word/excel).
• 教育：專科/大學水平。
• 至少3年製造行業經驗。

具備良好辦公室軟體操作能力(word/excel)

Preferred Requirements

• Previous exposure to a highly regulated industry (e.g. medical, pharmaceutical) and knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO13485, cGMP) is a plus.
• Equal ability to work effectively as an individual on one’s own initiative and as part of a team in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinarily environment.
• Analytical thinking and a high level of comprehension as well as problem solving skills.
• 有ERP(SAP)系統操作經驗尤佳。
• 曾接觸過嚴格監管的產業（例如醫療、製藥）並了解相關標準（例如ISO13485、cGMP）者優先。
