Manufacturing Operator (Night Shift) 1

Job Overview

The Manufacturing Operator safely loads material and operates assembly equipment according to the procedure.

Main Responsibilities

• Read HMI screens on equipment to operate the equipment.
• Troubleshoot any problems. Escalate to supervisors if assistance is needed.
• Clean equipment and production rooms according to the procedure.
• Perform changeovers
• Work with QC Inspectors to provide samples.
• Ability to spot imperfections or flaws in an assembled device.
• Other duties as required.

Skills and Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in FDA regulated environment.
• Quickly adapt to new directions or new responsibilities as needed.
• Knowledge of cGMPs in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, and NFPA guidelines for safe practices.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting problems with equipment, identifying solutions, recommending, and implementing methods, procedures, and/or techniques for resolution.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Understanding and following written and oral instructions.
• Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Need to be extremely organized, logical, and methodical.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs boxes and work in refrigerators for short periods of time.
• Knowledge with SAP systems is a plus.
• Able to work Monday to Friday 1:00PM - 09:30 PM, flex to do OT.
