Job Overview

Reception duties, answering phone calls, and handling daily administrative tasks

Main Responsibilities

• Answer all phone inquiries and direct them to the right department/person.
• Petty cash/ payment management and various department support.
• Ensure key facilities are well maintain and presentable to visitors.
• Greet and provide support for interviewees, company guests, and key executives.
• Update company phone extension list on monthly basis.
• Support oversea employees for travel arrangements, including accommodation and airport transfer.

Minimum Qualifications

• English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field is preferred
• Excellent data organization and analysis skills
