Job Overview
Reception duties, answering phone calls, and handling daily administrative tasks
Main Responsibilities
- Answer all phone inquiries and direct them to the right department/person.
- Petty cash/ payment management and various department support.
- Ensure key facilities are well maintain and presentable to visitors.
- Greet and provide support for interviewees, company guests, and key executives.
- Update company phone extension list on monthly basis.
- Support oversea employees for travel arrangements, including accommodation and airport transfer.
Minimum Qualifications
- English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field is preferred
- Excellent data organization and analysis skills
