【Job Overview】

Develop and implement a worldwide and integrated supply chain and logistics strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers.

開發並實施全球整合的供應鏈與物流策略，以促進商品從供應商到客戶之間的成本效益流動。

【Responsibilities】

Arrange and review export shipping and customs procedures.
Apply for and prepare export documents required by different countries to facilitate smooth customs clearance for international clients.
Coordinate air freight shipments, including booking, preparing export documents, and liaising with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Record shipment details and manage accounts payable matters.
Coordinate domestic and international business shipment requirements.
Handle logistics and customs-related inquiries from clients or international customers, and manage English correspondence.
Review and negotiate freight charges.
Manage accounts receivable and sales allowances in the SAP system.
出口船務、關務作業安排及審查。
按不同國家需求申請並製作出口所需文件，以利國外客戶順利通關。
空運出貨作業安排，包含訂艙、出口文件製作、貨代與報關行的聯繫作業。
出貨資料登錄及各項應付帳款事宜。
協調完成國內外業務的出貨需求。
處理業務或從國外客戶有關物流及關務問題之詢問解答及英文書信往來。
運費價格的審查與議價。
SAP系統的應收帳款與銷貨折讓處理。
