【Job Overview】
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. The role focuses on core services like Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Copilot, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, while overseeing and coordinating license management and integration with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will continuously improve the user experience by driving system efficiency, ensuring data security, and integrating cloud services with external platforms to support business operations.
【Responsibilities】
Microsoft Purview (Data Governance & Compliance):
- Implement and manage Microsoft Purview features, including data loss prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, and information protection.
- Support compliance initiatives by managing eDiscovery, audit logs, and data retention policies to meet regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR).
- 管理 Purview 功能,如資料遺失防護 (DLP)、敏感性標籤和資訊保護。
- 支援合規需求,管理 eDiscovery、審核日誌及資料保留政策,符合法規(如 GDPR)。
Collaboration Tools Management (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive):
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and optimization of SharePoint and Teams to improve productivity and collaboration.
- Manage the setup, structure, and permissions of SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and document libraries.
- Continuously improve collaboration workflows by integrating third-party tools, such as CRM or project management solutions.

- 管理 SharePoint 網站結構、Teams 頻道與文件庫的設置和權限。
- 整合第三方工具(如 CRM、專案管理系統),優化協作流程。
License Management:
- Oversee and optimize Microsoft 365 license assignments and ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor license consumption and adjust allocations based on user needs and organizational growth.
- 管控 Microsoft 365 授權分配與使用,確保成本效益及合理配置。
- 持續監控授權使用,根據需求調整分配以支持組織成長。
User Experience Enhancement and Support:
- Act as the second-line support to solve Microsoft 365-related issues and meet SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify improvements in the user experience.
- Provide training and support to maximize the effective use of Microsoft 365 services.
- 擔任第二線支持,協助解決 Microsoft 365 問題並滿足 SLA。

Integration with Third-Party Systems:
- Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 with third-party systems like CRMs and ERP.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement and maintain integrations that enhance workflows.

Security and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce security policies to ensure data security and compliance with standards.
- Implement zero-trust security models and advanced features like Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
- 制定並執行安全政策,確保 Microsoft 365 的數據安全和合規性。
- 實施零信任安全模型,運用 Defender for Office 365 和 Entra ID 提升安全性。
Automation and Continuous Improvement:
- Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and reporting.
- Evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 features to support continuous improvement.
- 使用 PowerShell 等工具自動化管理任務與監控工作。
- 評估並實施新功能及工具,支持持續改進與環境優化。
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor system performance and generate reports on system health and compliance.
- Track key metrics such as user adoption and proactively resolve issues.

- 跟蹤關鍵指標如用戶採用率、授權使用率,主動解決問題。
