【Job Overview】

 

As an integral part of IT development team, the (Senior) Full Stack .NET Engineer will play a pivotal role in propelling SHL’s operations to new heights. We are seeking a systems integration engineer to join the IT development team, contributing to the enhancement of SHL’s ERP operations. The role involves utilizing both on-premise and cloud-based integration platforms to implement a diverse set of integration solutions among a multitude of internal and external systems, contributing to the seamless connectivity and optimization of SHL’s IT landscape.

 

【Responsibilities】

 

  • Develop and maintain IT systems’ front-end components implemented using React.JS, Tailwind CSS, and other common front-end tools.
  • Develop, build, and maintain backend services (business logic layer) using .NET Core. Design schema, optimize queries, and integrating data in SQL databases.
  • Use Git and CI/CD tools for version control, code repositories, and automated deployments.
  • Engage in code reviews, provide feedback, and promote best practices.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and effective communication within an agile and flexible development team, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and share knowledge with team members to facilitate effective collaboration and skill development.
  • Adhere to SHL’s security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

 

 

【Qualification】

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or other related fields.
  • Experience with Vite, Next.js, Node.js, React.js, and other similar front-end tools / frameworks.
  • Familiar with system integration topics utilizing RESTful API.
  • Familiar with .NET Core and relational database. Experience with Entity Framework Core.
  • Experience with one of the popular testing tools. Experienced in unit testing, integration testing, and stress testing.
  • Excellent in technical communications, brilliant in team-work environments, and comfortable working in cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in English environment for effective business communication.

 

【Preferred Qualification】

 

  • Knowledge in User Experience Design.
  • Knowledge of HTML graphics such as canvas and SVG.
  • Experience working with cloud-based integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite, Mulesoft Anypoint, Microsoft Integration Services… etc.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and related Azure services (Entra ID, Blob Storage, Function App, App Service, AKS).
  • Familiar with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, SharePoint, Power Platform).
  • Experience in containerization technologies.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
