Job Overview 

Assist with the handling of Project Management department general affairs and Global PMO administration tasks. 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • PM department admin / PM director support 

    • Contact window of the department  

    • Assist with data collection and surveys 

    • Submit expenses through SAP Concur 

    • Department Sharepoint maintenance 

    • Coordinate and plan department events 

    • Support onboarding of TW PM and maintains training materials updated 

    • Department training applications and tracking 

    • Miscellaneous tasks

 

  • Global PMO team and PMO manager support 

    • Route document approval process 

    • Documentation update, record, and archive 

    • Ad-hoc tasks to support Global PMO such as portfolio maintenance 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Open to graduated student, 2+ years relevant experience in a similar position is a plus. 

  • Demonstrates knowledge of basic admin operating procedures, experience with basic data processing and data analysis is a plus. 

  • Fluency verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English 

  • Familiar with Office 368 (especially Power Point and Excel), Sharepoint, Teams 

  • Proactive and positive attitude towards learning and problem-solving. 

  • Able to carry tasks independently 

  • Well-organized, attentive to detail, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

  • Cross-team communication skills
