Job Overview
Assist with the handling of Project Management department general affairs and Global PMO administration tasks.
Main Responsibilities
PM department admin / PM director support
Contact window of the department
Assist with data collection and surveys
Submit expenses through SAP Concur
Department Sharepoint maintenance
Coordinate and plan department events
Support onboarding of TW PM and maintains training materials updated
Department training applications and tracking
Miscellaneous tasks
Global PMO team and PMO manager support
Route document approval process
Documentation update, record, and archive
Ad-hoc tasks to support Global PMO such as portfolio maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
Open to graduated student, 2+ years relevant experience in a similar position is a plus.
Demonstrates knowledge of basic admin operating procedures, experience with basic data processing and data analysis is a plus.
Fluency verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English
Familiar with Office 368 (especially Power Point and Excel), Sharepoint, Teams
Proactive and positive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
Able to carry tasks independently
Well-organized, attentive to detail, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
